WHO:

This personal training service is included with your membership program.   You may take as many sessions as you wish.

WHAT:

Science + Technology = A Smarter Workout.   These are quick, efficient, and effective sessions based on the latest research.   There is an overwhelming body of evidence that suggests quicker more directed workouts at the correct intensity will provide far better results than prolonged endurance training.   This can lead to better aerobic benefits and greater fat loss.   We use the Myzone Heart Rate system during the session to guarantee you are working at the correct intensity the entire time.

WHY:

Simply put, this is our duty and obligation to you.   You most likely joined our gym with limited knowledge in the field of exercise science.   We understand that and this is the solution.   While other clubs will be happy that you join and waste time on the treadmill, or better yet stop coming all together, we are here to do more for you!

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SESSIONS

If you are a member, you have unlimited access to the Burn Personal Training System.  You can take as many sessions as you wish.  Simply contact your club and say I want to book some Burn Sessions.
