We need your help. Our first priority as a company is to be sure we are offering you the best experience possible. That is why we are creating our Member Advisory Board for each Club 24 location. As a member of this board we would ask you to give us feedback directly in three key areas listed below. Whenever you come in to the club we would ask that you pay extra special attention to the three areas listed below. Also, we would love for you to fill out a quick survey each quarter to give us more in depth feedback.
3 Key Areas:
Member Service: Did you know that all Club 24 team members are required to greet everyone who walks through the door with a friendly hello? How about a thank you as you are leaving? Have we missed you from time to time? We want to know where and when. This may seem like a small thing but we find that if our team members continually interact with our club members your visit will be more enjoyable. This also makes our staff more aware of your needs. You will be more willing to talk to a team member about a problem you have and we will be more aware when you need service.
Club Cleanliness: We do everything we can to keep our clubs sparkling clean. This is the main job of our management team. Unfortunately we do miss things from time to time and there are times when we find that our cleaning schedules and systems need to be updated. We need to know from you if something in the club is not up to your standard because that is what truly matters.
Equipment Functioning: We hate broken equipment as much as you do. Unfortunately with some of the equipment manufacturers today it is near impossible to get certain parts in a timely fashion. At this time there is nothing we can do about that but sometimes equipment stays down longer than necessary because we just don’t know it’s broken. Although we do hourly club checks and managers check the entire club every morning it is difficult to know if something is broken without actually using it. This would be near impossible for our management team to use every piece every day. We want to know from you if something is not right.

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know how to send feedback and what information we would like along with the feedback such as time of day ,club location, etc. All feedback will be done via email so you will not have to come to any meetings or take any time out of your day at all. We just want you to help us improve our clubs and your experience. This is your chance to help us make your club something special!
